A break that is not another feed
Changing your attention can mean leaving the chair, not just opening another app.

Note where you stopped
Before leaving, write one sentence such as checked the table through row four. It does not need to become a detailed report. Give yourself a clear return point so that you do not have to keep rehearsing the task throughout the break.
Try a different physical action
Get some water, look outside or walk to another part of the room if that fits your situation. This is not an exercise assignment. You are trying a pause that does not simply replace work on one screen with a fresh feed on the same screen.
Birdsong is optional
Try free Morning Birds if you would like some sound. You do not need to watch the artwork or identify each call. If there are sounds you enjoy in the room already, pause the player and leave this moment to your actual surroundings.
Read your return note first
Back at your seat, read the note before deciding whether to continue or adjust the task. A break does not guarantee a productive next session. It is time away from work, and it does not become worthless if concentration takes a while to return.
